What’s your current weight?
78 kg – 171.9 lbs (I spent most of last year learning that it’s better to eat rather than to starve yourself or skip meals. But I’ve finally go myself back on track!)

What’s your starting weight?
86.4 kg – 190 lbs

What’s your goal weight?
To be healthy!

How much have you lost?
Since I started recording my weight on January 16th 2016 I’ve lost 8.4Β kg (18.5 lbs). I was still working out before then, but I hadn’t recorded my weight in months. My “starting weight” (above) is the weight I was when I weighed myself on Jan 16th, so it’s not really my starting weight but it’s the highest I’ve ever recorded..

Do you have a goal deadline?
I don’t really have a deadline, my main goal is to keep the weight off and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Do you have any progress pics?
Yes, but as of yet there really isn’t any progress. And I’m not comfortable with showing them.

How often do you work out?
I aim for 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).Β It’s quite difficult where I live because our gym isn’t the best, but I try my hardest to fit in some sort of workout.Β I also aim to get in at least 10 minutes of physical activity every day!
