50 More Snacks Under 100 Calories

Back in November I made a post listen 50 snacks that were 100 calories or less. When I was making that post I found so many different snacks and combinations that were under 100 calories so I thought I’d make a sequel to that post!

So here are 50 more snacks that are 100 calories or less!

1. Swiss Cheese & Strawberries
28 grams of low-fat Swiss cheese with 1 cup of sliced strawberries.

2. Mango & Yogurt
1/2 cup of mango chunks with 1/3 cup of plain, fat-free yogurt.

3. Capsicum & Hummus
1 sliced capsicum (bell pepper) with 2 tablespoons of hummus.

4. Pineapple & Coconut
1/2 cup of pineapple with 1 1/2 teaspoons of shredded coconut.

5. Guacamole Stuffed Egg White
1/2 hard-boiled egg, replacing the yolk with 2 tablespoons of guacamole.

6. Skinny Caramel Frappuccino
1 Serving is only 50 calories! Recipe here!

7. Cucumber Sandwich 
1/2 an English muffin with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and 3 slices of cucumber.

8. Cottage Cheese & Honey
1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of honey.

9. Rockmelon (Cantaloupe)
1/2 a cantaloupe (yep, 1/2 a cantaloupe is 93 calories)!

10. Zucchini Chips
1 cup of sliced zucchini covered in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, baked in an over at 218°C for 25 minutes (recipe here).

11. Honey Yogurt
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt with a dash of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey.

12. Watermelon
2 cups (one cup has less than 50 calories!).

13. Cheesy Popcorn
1 cup of warm air popped popcorn tossed with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

14. Watermelon Salad
1 cup of raw spinach leaves with 3/4 cup of diced watermelon. Toss with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

15. Oats ‘n’ Berries
1/3 cup of rolled oats (cooked with water), topped with cinnamon and 1/4 cup of fresh berries.

16. Tomato & Feta
One medium tomato, sliced with 1 tablespoon of feta.

17. Green Yogurt & Raspberries
Combine ½ cup plain Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh raspberries

18. Grilled Pineapple
2 1/4-inch thick pineapple rounds grilled  for two minutes or until golden.

19. Rice Cake & Salsa
1 wholewheat rice cake with 1/2 cup of salsa.

20. Grape Tomatoes
1 cup of grape tomatoes drizzled with some olive oil and pepper makes the perfect snack!

21. Dark Chocolate Chips
If you like chocolate then eating 1/4 cup of dark chocolate as a snack will cure your hunger perfectly!

22. Grapefruit
A medium sized grapefuit only has 90 calories!

23. Cucumbers & Olive Tapenade
1/4 of a cucumber topped with a small amount of olive tapenade

24. Green Smoothie
Combine 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 of a small banana, 1/4 cup of spinach, 1/4 scoop of whey powder and ice.

25. Asian Slaw
Pair one cup of cabbage with a 1/4 cup of carrots and a drizzle of red wine vinegar and you have the perfect savory snack for a hot Summer’s day.

26. Kiwi Fruit
1/2 a medium kiwi.

27. Mini Quesadilla
Sprinkle an 25 grams of grated low-fat cheddar cheese over a corn tortilla. Fold in half and microwave for 20 seconds.

28. Whole Grain Pretzel Sticks
6 wholegrain pretzel sticks.

29. Strawberries
1 cup of strawberries.

30. Gazpacho
Another snack perfect for that hot Summer’s day. This recipe only has 88 calories!

31. Stuffed Figs
2 small dried figs with 1 tablespoon of reduced-fat ricotta stuffed inside. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

32. Mini PB&F
1 fig Newton with 1 teaspoon peanut butter.

33. Kiwi & Coconut
1 large kiwi sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut.

34. Frogs On A Log
1 celery stick filled with 1 tablespoon of low-fat cream cheese and 5 pimiento-stuffed olive slices.

35. Banana & Almond Butter
1/2  a small banana with 1/2 tablespoon almond butter.

36. Corn Muffin
1/2 a corn muffin.

37. Oatmeal
1/2 of cooked oatmeal.

38. Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup of pineapple juice.

39. English Muffin
1/2 a medium English muffin.

40. Cinnamon Applesauce
1 cup unsweetened applesauce sprinkled with cinnamon.

41. Summer Melon Soup
Yet another Summer soup. This soup has under 90 calories! Just mix 1/2 of rockmelon (cantaloupe) with 1/4 of an avocado!

42. Mango
Mangos are the perfect fruit for a snack. They’re filled with vitamins and one cup of sliced mango has under 100 calories!

43. Blueberry Muffin
1/2 a blueberry muffin.

44. Quinoa Salad
1/2 cup of quinoa mixed with parsley and lemon juice.

45. Sweet Potatoes
Half a baked sweet potato sprinkled with salt and pepper would be the perfect snack for a winter night. Half a baked sweet potato has just under 50 calories!

46. Cucumbers & Cream Cheese
1 cup of slices cucumber with 28 grams of reduced fat, veggie cream cheese

47. Banana & Rice Cake
1 wholewheat rice cake with 1 teaspoon of Nutella and 1/2 a small banana, sliced.

48. Nut-Stuffed Date
1 Medjool Date filled with 1 teaspoon natural unsalted almond butter.

49. Spiced Orange
1 orange sprinkled with cinnamon.

50. Waffles & Berries
1 wholemeal waffle with 1/2 cup of blackberries.
