BC Week 28 – Something I Want To Change About Myself

If I’m completely honest, there are a few things that I want to change about myself. For the purpose of this week’s blog challenge I’m going to talk about one of those things this week and another next week (because it fit’s that prompt also), otherwise we might be here a while!

So what do I want to change about myself?

My weight, obviously.

I wouldn’t have a fitness tumblr or a fitness blog if I wasn’t serious about it.

I’ve wanted to lose weight since before I can remember. I only just started making progress and I’m not going back now. It feels amazing to know that I’m getting healthier and healthier by the minute.

I know that a lot of being happy with your body comes from learning to love yourself, which slowly, I am learning to do.

This has been such a long journey and I honestly don’t know where I’d be if I never took the plunge.
