More Smoothie Combinations

Back in April I made a post listing some of my favourite smoothie combinations. I only mentioned about 10 and I definitely have more than 10 favourites. So here are some more!

Note: An optional food choice for all of these is milk or yogurt.

Raspberry-Orange
1 cup each orange juice
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup ice

Carrot-Apple
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup apple juice
And 1 1/2 cups ice

Tangerine-Honey
4 tangerines
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup honey
1 cup ice

Apricot-Almond
1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup ice

Pomegranate-Cherry
1 cup frozen pitted cherries
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups ice

Blueberry Banana
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon each honey and lime juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup ice

Chai Blend
1 1/2 cups chai tea concentrate
1 cup each milk
1 cup ice
Sprinkle with chai spice

Pineapple Coconut
((Freeze about 2 cups coconut water in 1 or 2 ice-cube trays beforehand))
2 cups each chopped pineapple
Coconut ice cubes
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup coconut water

Black Raspberry–Vanilla
2 cups blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey

Cucumber-Kale
1 1/4 cups vegetable juice
1/2 peeled cucumber
3 kale leaves
the juice of 1/2 lemon
