Summer Foods

If you’re like me you absolutely hate cooking in summer (I can’t be the only one), it’s too hot and you never have the motivation to do anything, especially cook after you’ve had a long day.

I’ve made a list of my favourite summer foods. These foods are quick, easy and still taste amazing!

As I am a vegetarian, all of these recipes will be vegetarian!
